EP01 — COVID: THE NETWORK IS FRAGILE

COVID TIDAK CUMA MENGUBAH KESEHATAN. COVID MENGUBAH CARA DUNIA BERPIKIR.

Sebelum 2020, globalisasi mengejar efisiensi: produksi di tempat termurah, stok tipis, supply chain panjang, barang bergerak cepat.

Pelabuhan melambat.

Kontainer tertahan.

Komponen tidak datang.

Sejak saat itu, pertanyaannya berubah.

Bukan lagi hanya:

“Siapa paling murah?”

Tetapi juga:

“Kalau jalur ini putus, siapa penggantinya?”

Dari sinilah muncul second source, strategic stock, reshoring, nearshoring, supply-chain resilience, dan perlindungan industri strategis.

COVID tidak mengakhiri globalisasi.

COVID membuat dunia takut terlalu bergantung pada satu jalur.

Dan dari sinilah THE GREAT REWIRING dimulai.
